  • 2 chile peppers
  • thyme ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano ground
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 orange
  • salt
  • 4 pork chops 1/2-inch thick

Directions

    Cut the peppers open and remove the seeds. Place the peppers on a pan, and cook them thoroughly.

    Place the peppers in hot water and let them soak for 20 minutes.

    Mix a pinch of ground thyme, cinnamon, garlic, oregano, vinegar, and orange juice with the peppers and liquefy them in a food processor. Add salt to taste.

    Cover the pork chops with the marinade in a bowl or inside a resealable plastic bag. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

    Cook the pork chops in a pan on medium heat until cooked, up to 15 minutes.
