Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. butter or oleo
  • 6 c. flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • ground nuts (ground small)
  • cinnamon
  • milk
  • butter

Directions

    Cream butter, sugar and cheese.

    Add eggs and mix.
  3. 3
    Add flour and make dough (place in refrigerator a couple of hours or overnight).

    Form into balls the size of walnuts.

    Melt butter in saucepan and add small amount of milk, then nuts to make a paste. Add cinnamon to taste.

    Roll out a ball of dough on sugared surface.

    Add paste mixture (small amount).

    Roll up and shape like a 1/2 moon.

    Place on cookie sheets that have been sprayed. Bake at 375° until brown.
