- 4 c. flour
- 1 lb. softened oleo
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream oleo and flour;

2add egg yolks and sour cream and vanilla.

3Mix thoroughly and chill overnight.

4Divide dough into 6 balls about the size you would use for a pie crust; roll out on a powdered sugar surface

5until the size of a pie crust.

6Spread with egg white mixture (recipe follows) and sprinkle with nuts. Cut into 16 pie-shaped pieces and roll up, starting at the big ends.

7Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned at 350°.
