- 5/8 cup flour
- 4 2/3 tablespoons cocoa bittersweet, powdered
- 4 eggs separated
- 7/8 cup powdered sugar
- salt
- Nutella as needed
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 220C.

2Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until light and foamy.

3Sift the flour with the cocoa and a pinch of salt.

4Add the flour mixture to the beaten egg yolks.

5Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and fold them carefully into the batter.

6Line a rectangular baking sheet measuring 22 x 30 centimeters with wax paper and pour the batter inside.

7Bake for approximately 10 minutes.

8Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool slightly, then roll up the cake in the wax paper.

9Cool completely.

10Unroll the cake and spread with a generous amount of Nutella, then roll it up again.

11Refrigerate the cake roll.

12Serve the cake sprinkled with powdered sugar and cut into slices.
