- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/3 cups Canola Oil
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/3 cups Milk
- 1 cup Nutella, Divided
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with muffin liners.

2Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Place vegetable oil into a 1-cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Add to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.

3Place a small amount of batter into each muffin tin. Spoon on 1 tablespoon of Nutella over each muffin. Top with enough batter to cover the chocolate. Bake for 14-18 minutes.

4Warm remaining Nutella in the microwave. Drizzle over muffins.
