  • 1-1/2 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cups Canola Oil
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/3 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Nutella, Divided

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with muffin liners.

    Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Place vegetable oil into a 1-cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Add to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.

    Place a small amount of batter into each muffin tin. Spoon on 1 tablespoon of Nutella over each muffin. Top with enough batter to cover the chocolate. Bake for 14-18 minutes.

    Warm remaining Nutella in the microwave. Drizzle over muffins.
