- 2 cups Nutella
- 10 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar Heaping
- 1/3 cups Cocoa Powder, Or Any Desired Coatings For The Truffles, Such As Nuts

1In a large bowl, mix Nutella and powdered sugar together until mixture thickens and holds together when rolled. (You may need to add a little more or a little less powdered sugar to get the desired consistency.) Scoop mixture into 24 equal balls and roll in desired coatings. Refrigerate to harden and serve cold.
