- 2 c. sifted cake flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2/3 c. butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Directions

1Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg together three times.

2Cream butter, add sugar gradually, cream together until light and fluffy.

3Add eggs and beat well.

4Add flour alternately with milk, a small amount at a time.

5Beat until smooth after each addition, add flavoring.

6Bake in greased Bundt pan at 375° for about 45 minutes.

7When cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
