- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 unbaked (2 3/4-inch) tart shells
- Whipped cream (optional)
Directions

1Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in raisins, pecans, cinnamon, and vanilla.

2Spoon 2 tablespoons filling into each tart shell. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
