  • 2 12 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup green lentil, ground
  • 7 cups water
  • 12 cup flax seed meal
  • 12 cup blackstrap molasses
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 35 raw almonds, ground
  • 34 cup raw kale, ground
  • 12 cup nutritional yeast
  • 12 cup tahini

Directions

    Boil water, add grains and beans and bring to a boil again.

    Reduce heat to simmer and stir often.

    After about 10 minutes, remove from heat and add all other ingredients.

    Mix thoroughly and store in the fridge.

    Eat about a cup a day.
