  • 250 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Directions

    Process all ingredients except nuts in food processor until well blended.

    Roll into 10-inch log on large sheet of plastic wrap; wrap tightly.

    Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

    Roll in nuts until evenly coated.
