Nutty Chicken Salad

  • 2 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Pecans
  • 1/4 cups Dried Cranberries
  • 1/8 cups Light Mayonnaise

Directions

    Boil chicken breasts on stovetop for 20 minutes. Remove the chicken breasts from the water and let them cool.

    While chicken is boiling, finely chop the celery. If you have pecan halves, chop them up as well.

    Once chicken has cooled, shred it in a mixing bowl bowl. Mix all ingredients together. Serve on your favorite cracker or toast.
