- 3 c. plain flour
- 7 1/2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Have butter at room temperature.

2Combine butter, flour and sugar.

3Add pecans and vanilla.

4This will be a stiff dough.

5Roll small amounts into small balls or finger shapes.

6Bake in 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.

7Cool completely. Roll in confectioners sugar.
