  • 2 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 7 1/2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Have butter at room temperature.

    Combine butter, flour and sugar.

    Add pecans and vanilla.

    This will be a stiff dough.

    Roll small amounts into small balls or finger shapes.

    Bake in 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.

    Cool completely. Roll in confectioners sugar.
