  • 1 c. all-purpose flour (unsifted)
  • 1 stick margarine (room temperature)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
  • 5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Blend margarine and powdered sugar until fluffy.

    Add flour, nuts and vanilla (mix by hand).

    Dough is very stiff.

    Pinch off a small piece of dough and roll into finger-like sticks.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes at 325°.

    Roll Nutty Fingers in powdered sugar while they are still warm.

    Cool and roll in powdered sugar again.
