  • 2 jumbo Vidalia onions
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground venison
  • oil
  • 2 small chopped green onions
  • 1/4 lb. grated Mozzarella
  • 2 medium chopped banana peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 strips red rind hoop cheese (3-inches long)

    Boil jumbo onions until soft enough to separate and make onion shells.

    Brown the venison in a skillet in oil; combine the venison and remaining ingredients (except hoop cheese).
