- 2 small chopped green onions
- 1/4 lb. grated Mozzarella
- 2 medium chopped banana peppers
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 12 strips red rind hoop cheese (3-inches long)
Directions

1Boil jumbo onions until soft enough to separate and make onion shells.

2Brown the venison in a skillet in oil; combine the venison and remaining ingredients (except hoop cheese).
