- 1/2 c. canola and/or safflower oil
- 1 c. applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. unhulled sesame seed
- 2 tsp. Rumford baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. light salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
- 3 c. rolled oats
Directions
