  • 1 c. brown rice syrup or honey or fructose
  • 1/2 c. canola and/or safflower oil
  • 1 c. applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. unhulled sesame seed
  • 2 tsp. Rumford baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. light salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
  • 3 c. rolled oats

Directions

    Combine all ingredients together.

    Spread into a 13 x 9-inch pan prepared with Pam.
