  • 125 gr. butter
  • 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal flour
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oatmeals
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped.
  • 1 tbs grounded cinnamon

    1. Preheat your oven at 200°C

    2. Beat at high speed the butter with the sugar until making it cream

    3. Add baking powder, wheat flour and oatmeal flour. Continue beating.

    4. Add the egg yolks, milk, cinnamon, walnuts, oatmeals and mix well.

    5. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks and add the rest of the mixture.

    6. Pour the mixture into a pan previously greased and floured.

    7. Bake until fluffy and dry on the inside. Approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
