- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. regular oats (uncooked)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated apple
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; make a well in the center.

2Combine egg, milk, apple and butter; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

3For each pancake, pour about 1/3 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
