- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. light molasses
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 c. flour, divided
Directions

1Mix the salt, yeast and 2 cups flour in a large bowl.

2Combine the oatmeal, light molasses, water and margarine in a saucepan; heat to 120° to 130°.

3In mixer, add liquids to dry.

4Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

5Add 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes by hand.

6Stir in 2 1/2 cups flour.

7Cover bowl (no knead).

8Rise 45 to 60 minutes.

9Grease 2 (2-quart) casserole bowls; divide dough. Turn to grease top.

10Rise until double (30 to 45 minutes).

11Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

12Brush melted margarine on top when done.
