- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. soft margarine
- 2 1/4 c. warm milk
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 c. All-Bran
- 5+ c. sifted flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

2Add flour in two additions to other ingredients.

3Put on floured surface.

4Round up and cover with damp cloth.

5Let stand about 10 minutes.

6Knead until springy.

7Put in greased bowl; let rise until double in bulk.

8Punch down; let rise again.
