  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cold Land O Lakes Butter
  • 6 (3/4 cup) purchased crisp oatmeal cookies, broken*
  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches or nectarines**
  • Ice cream, if desired

    Heat oven to 375F.

    Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in small bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

    Stir in cookie pieces.

    Place peaches in ungreased 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle topping over fruit.

    Bake for 16 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
