- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cold Land O Lakes Butter
- 6 (3/4 cup) purchased crisp oatmeal cookies, broken*
- 4 cups sliced fresh peaches or nectarines**
- Ice cream, if desired
Directions

1Heat oven to 375F.

2Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in small bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3Stir in cookie pieces.

4Place peaches in ungreased 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle topping over fruit.

5Bake for 16 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.

6Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
