- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. Quaker oats (instant or regular)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Mix flour with baking soda.

3Combine butter, sugars and pudding.

4Mix in large bowl.

5Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then oats.

6Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about 2-inches apart.

7Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

8Makes approximately 5 dozen.
