  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. uncooked quick rolled oats
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs until foamy.

    Add syrup, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla and mix thoroughly.

    Stir in rolled oats and pour into pie shell.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes until center is firm and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
