- 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. oats
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Mix flour and salt in bowl.

2Cut in shortening until crumbly. Add oats; mix well.

3Add water, mixing well.

4Shape into a ball. Press over bottom and sides of 8-inch pie pan.

5Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

6May fill with pie filling before baking and bake as directed for filling.
