- 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cooked oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- sesame seed
Directions

1In a saucepan, heat milk to very warm.

2Add margarine, sugar and salt.

3Cook to lukewarm.

4Add whole wheat flour and yeast in a larger bowl.

5Add sour cream, oatmeal and one egg; mix well.

6Stir in flour and mix until you have a soft dough.

7Knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, turn and cover.

8Let rise until doubled in bulk.

9Punch down.

10Divide into 18 pieces.

11Roll each to rope shape about 3/4-inch thick.

12Beginning at centers form a loose swirl and tuck end under.

13Let rise until doubled again.

14Brush with 1 beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seed.

15Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned.
