- 4 ounces, fluid Plain Yogurt (Greek Is Great!)
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 cups Uncooked Oatmeal
- 1 whole Small Apple, Diced
- 1 dash Cinnamon
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2Be amazed by how thick and creamy it is the next morning. Enjoy for breakfast!

4If you prefer vanilla, omit the honey.
