  • 4 ounces, fluid Plain Yogurt (Greek Is Great!)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 cups Uncooked Oatmeal
  • 1 whole Small Apple, Diced
  • 1 dash Cinnamon

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Be amazed by how thick and creamy it is the next morning. Enjoy for breakfast!

    If you prefer vanilla, omit the honey.

    This even works with Dannon Light and Fit (again, omitting the honey).
