- 1 can white tuna (13 oz.)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, pressed
- 2 c. broccoli florets
- 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. oregano, crumbled
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced in 8 pieces
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Drain tuna.

2Lightly saute onion, garlic, broccoli, mushrooms and oregano in oil and butter.

3Add zucchini and tomatoes until tender-crisp; break up tuna and add to vegetables.

4Stir in sour cream to make sauce.

5Toss with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
