Ingredients
- 1 lb. octopus
- 1/2 lb. Cassari cheese (Greek)
- 1/4 lb. Feta cheese (Greek)
- 8 to 10 Greek Kalomaria olives
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 lemon, cut into very small pieces with rind
- 2 tomatoes, cut up
- oregano to taste
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil octopus slowly 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender when pierced. Rinse off black covering.

2Cut up octopus into bite size pieces. Cut up both cheeses into bite size pieces.

3Toss all ingredients together and place in casserole dish.

4Season to taste.

5Pour small amount of oil over all.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
