- 2 -2 12 tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 -2 12 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 12 cup of diced white onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 six inch deer sausages
Directions

1Mix 2-3 Tbsp of Corn Syrup with equal parts Bbq Sauce in bowl.

2Dice up 1.5 small red or white onions.

3Take approximately 1/2 cup of Kraft Tex mex on side as well.

4Take 4 eight inch Deer Sausage, cut them open, careful not to cut too far.

5Do this to each, and then fill the centre with diced onion.

6Place on cooking sheet with wax paper.

7preheat oven to 350 degrees.

8Place sausages in Oven for about 10-15 minutes.

9At that point, take them out of the oven, put 1-1 1/2 Tbsp of the corn syrup and bbq on each.

10Put on one layer of cheese.

11Put back in the oven for approximately another 30-40 minutes.
