- 2 cups (475 ml) flour*
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). baking powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) milk
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) oil
Directions

1Mix flour with baking powder and salt.

2Mix oil with milk.

3Blend two mixtures together with a fork.

4Mix until mixture cleans the side of the bowl.

5Place dough on a sheet of wax paper.

6Place a second sheet of wax paper over dough.

7Press with hands to 1/2 inch thickness.

8Remove top layer of wax paper.
-
9Cut with ungreased unfloured biscuit cutter.

10Place on baking sheet.

11Bake at 475 degrees (250 C.) 10 to 20 minutes
