- 2 to 3 lb. pork, sliced thinly
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion or 1 bunch scallions
- Accent seasoning
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. ground red pepper
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. red pepper powder
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 4 heaping tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Marinate meat, peppers and onion in the spice and soy mixture for at least 1 hour.

2Can be cooked on grill or fried in pan.

3Fry only until meat is cooked, being careful not to dry the meat out. (This dish is best when Oriental spices are used.)
