  • 130 grams Fresh okara
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 130 grams Cake flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 grams Baking powder

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients, and roll out 1 cm thick on parchment paper.

    Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200C/390F.

    Cut into 1 cm wide strips.

    Bake for 10 minutes on each side at 180C/350F, and it's done.
