Okara Fried Rice

  • 75 grams Cooked white rice
  • 75 grams Fresh okara
  • 20 grams Carrot
  • 1 Green onion or scallion
  • 1 Egg
  • 15 grams Chirimen jako
  • 1/3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Sesame oil

Directions

    Put the okara in the frying pan and cook it until crumbly (but don't grease the pan).

    Mince the carrot and finely chop the scallion.

    Combine the rice and beaten egg in a bowl.

    Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan.

    Add Step 2 and the chirimen jako and lightly cook.

    Then add Steps 1 and 3.

    Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
