- 75 grams Cooked white rice
- 75 grams Fresh okara
- 20 grams Carrot
- 1 Green onion or scallion
- 1 Egg
- 15 grams Chirimen jako
- 1/3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Sesame oil
Directions

1Put the okara in the frying pan and cook it until crumbly (but don't grease the pan).

2Mince the carrot and finely chop the scallion.

3Combine the rice and beaten egg in a bowl.

4Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan.

5Add Step 2 and the chirimen jako and lightly cook.

6Then add Steps 1 and 3.

7Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
