- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 16 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 4 oz. can diced green chilies (drained)
- 1 can water
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Flour tortillas
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion.

2(Salt & pepper to taste.)

3In a separate pan add soup, water and chilies.

4Heat until hot.

5If soup is too thick you can add more water but don't make it too thin. Drain grease from beef mixture.

6Fill tortillas with beef mixture and some cheese.

7Roll and set in 9 X 13 baking pan.

8(Coat bottom lightly with oil to keep enchiladas from sticking.)

9Pour soup sauce over enchiladas to coat and sprinkle with cheese.

10Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until everything is heated through. 8 - 10 servings.
