- 1 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1 1/2 c. diced jalapeno peppers, seeds removed
- 4 oz. jar diced pimientos, drained
- minced garlic to taste
- 2 c. Italian salad dressing
- salt and hot pepper sauce to taste
Directions

1Adjust all ingredients to suit taste.

2Mix all ingredients and marinate at least 3 days or more to fully develop flavor.

3When ready to serve, drain and serve with big corn chips.
