  • 1 can (16 Oz. Can) Fat Free Or Vegetarian Refried Beans
  • 3 Tablespoons Salsa
  • 1 pound Grated Cheddar Cheese (or To Taste)
  • 6 whole Flour Tortillas
  • 5 pieces Chopped Bacon, Or Bacon Bits (optional, If You Want A Vegetarian Version)

Directions

    Fry the bacon in a pan, or if you use precooked bacon, bacon bits, or leave out the bacon to make it vegetarian, use salsa to thin down the beans instead of bacon grease.

    Add the refried beans to the bacon and the grease, or add salsa to the refried beans in the pan and cook until warm.

    Spread the refried beans on a tortilla.
  4. 4
    Top with as much cheese as you like.

    Top with the other tortilla.

    Repeat for the other two chalupadillas.

    Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese has melted, about 20-30 minutes.
