- 1 lb. stew meat
- 2 c. chopped carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can corn, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil stew meat until brown.

2In a large stew pot, add all ingredients and water.

3Cook on medium-low heat for 2 hours or until meat falls apart and potatoes are soft.

4Serve with cornbread.
