- 2 Eggs
- 4 cups Cabbage
- 2 stalks Green Onion
- 4 slices Bacon (optional)
- 1/2 cup Shrimp (optional)
Directions

1Whisk together flour and water (or broth) until smooth.

2Add eggs, cabbage, onions and optional ingredients

3Pour half the batter into a hot oiled pan.

4Cook for approx.

53 minutes then flip when bottom begins to brown and cook other side until brown.

6Garnish with mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce.
