Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. sliced fresh okra
- 1 1/2 c. corn, cut from cob (3 ears)
- 4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp.

2Remove bacon; reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet.

3Crumble bacon and set aside.

4Cook onion in drippings over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender.

5Add okra and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

6Add corn and remaining ingredients.

7Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
