  • 3 qt. water
  • 1 qt. white vinegar
  • 1 c. salt

Directions

    Mix ingredients and bring to boil.

    Add dill seed if desired. Pack okra into jars which have been sterilized and pour boiling vinegar solution over okra and seal.

    Let set in cool place for a month or more before using.
