- 3 1/2 lb. small okra pods
- 1 pt. distilled white vinegar
- 1 qt. water
- 1/3 c. salt
- 3 small hot peppers (if desired)
- garlic cloves
- 2 tsp. dill seed
Directions

1Pack okra firmly in jars.

2Put garlic clove in each jar. Combine other ingredients and boil.

3Pour boiling brine over okra and seal jars.

4Process in boiling water bath about 180° to 200° for 10 minutes.

5Let ripen several weeks before opening.

6Makes 4 to 5 pints.
