Old Fashion Corn Pudding

  • 4 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream-style white corn
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

    Beat eggs.

    Add salt and sugar.

    Mix well.

    Add evaporated milk and 1 1/2 cups milk.

    Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water and add to egg mixture.

    Stir in corn.

    Pour into round Pyrex dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean. Enjoy!
