  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can hot chili beans in chili gravy
  • 1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mild taco sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn chips
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 c. lettuce, shredded
  • 2 c. tomatoes, chopped

    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, crumble beef.
