- 2 large onions
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. water
- 12 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1Chop onions fine. Cook in butter until soft, but not brown. Add bread crumbs, water, celery, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.

2Mix well.

3If not moist enough, add more water or butter.

4Makes enough for a 12 to 15 pound turkey.
