  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. baking cocoa
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Frosting

Directions

    Combine margarine, oil, baking cocoa and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; remove from heat.

    Add flour and sugar; mix well.

    Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and salt; mix well.

    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Spread frosting over cake.
