  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Bring sugar, butter, milk, cocoa and syrup to a boil (slow). Cook 5 minutes.

    Add vanilla.

    Cool.

    Or, add to sheet cake while cake and icing are hot.
