- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 2 3/4 c. unseasoned cornbread stuffing
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, defatted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Lightly spray a medium skillet with nonstick spray.

3Place cornbread in the casserole.

4Then add onion mixture.

5Drizzle with 1 cup of broth.

6Gently toss.

7If necessary, drizzle with remaining 1/2 cup of broth to moisten the bread; gently toss to mix well.

8Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
