  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • butter (size of walnut)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Bring milk and butter to boil.

    Beat eggs and sugar together. Fold eggs and sugar into milk, then add vanilla.

    Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Bake at 425° for 25 minutes (the temperature is important).
