  • 4 oranges
  • 2 c. canned peaches
  • 24 marshmallows
  • 2 c. red cherries
  • 2 c. canned crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. whipping cream

Directions

    Cut cherries, pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and peaches into very fine pieces.

    Mix with coconut and refrigerate and chill for

    1 hour.

    Remove from refrigerator and fold in whipped cream. Put in trays or rectangular containers and freeze for 4 hours. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves with mayonnaise as salad or alone as dessert.
