  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 5 c. sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • pastry for 2 crusts

Directions
