  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour

    Beat egg yolks, sugar and vanilla until thick and fluffy.

    Add first mixture, beating thoroughly.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Beat for 15 minutes. Bake at 325° for 1 hour in greased tin.
